Baby food ideas. Starting out.

With my first born I always a little worried what to feed her and what’s even harder she was really fussy so I just fed her basic food like apple and pear, or pumpkin and veg.  I didn’t experiment a lot so when baby J arrived, I was determined not to have another fussy eater, so I started him on different things straight away.

There is no right or wrong measurement for any of these dishes, so if you want to put in an extra carrot, or an extra piece of zucchini then go right ahead 🙂

Beetroot, carrot and zucchini puree

Peel and chop roughly beetroot and carrot and chop zucchini.  Put it all in the tmx basket and put 500g of water in the bowl.  Cook on varoma for 15 minutes, speed 2.

Once that’s done, check that the veggies are cooked.  If not, put them on for a few more minutes.  If they are cooked, discard the water and tip the basket contents into the tmx bowl.

Puree on speed 5, 10 seconds.  Scrape down the sides and repeat.
